Our team guides you with personal training, strength training, nutrition assistance, and motivational interviewing

You can stay assured that our team has been vetted against the current fitness standards and requirements providing you with the training options that suit you best. Yevhenii Airapetian is the NCSF certified personal fitness trainer, strength trainer, and sports nutritionist with over 14 years of training experience.

To start training with us, you don’t need any fitness equipment or gym memberships. We provide personal training and nutrition guidance services online or on a 1-on-1 basis, so we’ll start with the tools you have available. Additionally, our team provides you with the necessary fitness equipment if we train 1-on-1 and nutrition customization is done online from the comfort of your home

In case of the 1-on-1 training scenario, we agree on the appointment place, day and time beforehand. One session lasts around 1 hour. Online coaching and nutrition guidance follow the same structure as in-person training. We connect via video, review your form in real time, adjust your program as needed, and follow up with written guidance and progress tracking so you always know what to do between sessions. In this case, you would need to have access to a personal computer with a web camera and a microphone for the best experience.
